Upon receiving a complaint, our moderation team will acknowledge receipt via email (if provided) and initiate a thorough review. We evaluate reports based on our Community Standards, applicable laws, and any relevant terms of service. This may involve:

  • Verifying the reported content against our guidelines.
  • Consulting internal experts or legal advisors if necessary.
  • Gathering additional context or evidence as needed.

All complaints will be reviewed and resolved within five (5) business days. You will receive a notification via email once the review is complete, detailing the decision.

Appeals Process

If you disagree with the outcome of our review, you may appeal the decision. To appeal:

  • Submit your appeal via email to contact@bondage-games.com within 48 hours of receiving the decision notification.
  • Include a clear explanation of why you believe the decision was incorrect, along with any new evidence or arguments.

Appeals will be handled by a senior moderator or an independent reviewer not involved in the initial decision. We aim to resolve appeals within five (5) business days, and the final decision will be communicated to you via email. This decision is binding.

Potential Outcomes

Depending on the findings of the investigation or review, possible actions include:

  • No Action: If the content does not violate our Standards, it will remain on the platform.
  • Content Removal or Restriction: If the content is found to be infringing, illegal, abusive, or otherwise inappropriate, it will be removed, edited, or restricted from view.
  • Legal Referral: If the content involves potential criminal activity, we may report it to relevant authorities.

We reserve the right to take any additional steps necessary to ensure compliance and protect our community. This policy is subject to updates, and we encourage users to review it periodically.

Appeals Policy for Depicted Individuals

In addition to our general reporting and appeals processes, we maintain a dedicated procedure for any person depicted in content on our platform to request the removal of such content. This policy ensures that individuals can appeal based on consent issues, serving as a takedown mechanism for images, likenesses, or other representations where consent may be lacking or invalid.

How to Submit an Appeal

If you are depicted in content on our site and wish to have it removed, you can submit an appeal through the following methods:

  • CCBill Complaints Form: Alternatively, use our integrated CCBill form for takedown requests: Complaints/Takedown Request, specifying that this is an appeal from a depicted individual.

All appeals must include sufficient information to verify your identity and the content in question.

Review Process for Appeals

Upon receipt, we will acknowledge your appeal via email (if provided) and conduct a thorough investigation. This includes:

  • Verifying your identity and connection to the content.
  • Assessing evidence of consent or its validity under applicable laws.
  • Consulting legal experts if needed.

Appeals will be reviewed and resolved within five (10) business days. You will receive a notification via email with the decision.

Disagreement Resolution

If you disagree with the outcome of your appeal, you may request escalation to a neutral third-party body for resolution. To do so:
